If you're anything like my family the Christmas season means making hot chocolate and getting cozy in front of the TV watching your favorite Christmas classics. In my family everyone has their favorite so we end up watching them all: The Shop Around the Corner, Christmas in Connecticut, Holiday Inn, The Man Who Came to Dinner (the BEST!), White Christmas and more. More than presents, more than cookies, it's my favorite part of the holidays and it just can't be done without a nice thick wool blanket.

...Then go watch The Man Who Came to Dinner, it's seriously the best Christmas movie ever. Bette Davis and Ann Sheridan both go against their usual type casting and just absolutely nail it. I cannot sing it's praises enough and it's playing this Friday on TCM so set your TIVOs, you won't be sorry!
